The first concert I ever attended was Nirvana, at the University of Buffalo during their In Utero Tour.

In the late 80's/early 90's, Jason Everman played guitar for the band, alongside Kurt Cobain.  Dude was also a bassist for Soundgarden, alongside Chris Cornell.  But those aren't his greatest accomplishments.  Well, at least in our humble opinion.  Obviously, we'd never pretend to know what he believes are his greatest accomplishments - no disrespect JE.  Nonetheless, inspired by the words of the Italian sculptor, Benvenuto Cellini, who stated that, "a well-rounded man is an artist, warrior and philosopher", Everman joined the Army in 1994.  He was assigned to the 2nd Ranger Battalion prior to successfully earning his SF tab and went on to complete tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Absolutely effing incredible.

Here's the setlist from that UB show:

*This shirt/design has absolutely nothing to do with Nirvana or Jason Everman, other than it's bad as fuck.  I just think it's a cool story.  But yo Jason!  I'll change its name right now brother!  We'll call it the "Juliet Echo Tee".  Let me know man!
